Terms And Conditions

What This Service Is

Rapid Water Florida is a free referral service. One free call connects you with an independent local water damage professional. We do not perform water damage, restoration, repair or construction work ourselves, and we do not employ the professionals we connect you with.

Independent Professionals

The professional you hire is a separate, independent business. Any inspection, quote, contract, work, pricing, scheduling and guarantee is strictly between you and that professional. You are responsible for checking the professional’s credentials, insurance and terms before you agree to any work.

No Guarantee Of Work Or Results

We do not guarantee the availability, quality, timing or results of any professional’s work. Statements on this site about typical arrival times (for example, 30–60 minutes) describe what can typically happen and are not a promise for any single call.

Website Content

Content on this site is general information, not professional advice for your specific home. Water damage situations differ; a qualified professional who inspects your property is the right source of advice for your case. In an emergency that threatens safety, call 911 first.

Limits Of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for work performed by independent professionals or for decisions you make based on the general information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

By using this site and the referral service, you accept these terms. We may update them; the current version will always be on this page. Last updated: October 23, 2026.
